Rubbiton uses customer photographs, technician inspections and elevated roof surveys where appropriate to identify likely sources of water ingress.
Why roofs leak
Most leaks are not caused by the sheets themselves. Flashings, penetrations, ridges, valleys, overlaps and blocked drainage account for the majority of the water ingress we see on Harare homes.
How Rubbiton diagnoses
Your RoofCheck photographs give us a first read. A technician then verifies on site, checking the roof plane, details and ceiling void to trace the water path back to the actual entry point.
Elevated roof survey
Where the roof pitch, height or safety conditions make access difficult, we survey the roof from above to inspect the surface and details without walking on it.
What you receive
A written diagnosis of the likely cause, photographic evidence, a recommended remedy and a clear quote. Repair only what needs repairing.
