High-Access Roofs
See the whole roof. Without walking it.
An elevated roof survey gives Rubbiton technicians a complete view of roof surfaces and details that are unsafe or impractical to reach on foot.
When an elevated survey is the right call
Steep pitches, double-storey properties, fragile sheeting and roofs where foot traffic would cause more damage than it diagnoses.
What we capture
Full roof-plane imagery, close detail on ridges, valleys, flashings and penetrations, plus gutter and fascia lines.
How it feeds your assessment
Elevated imagery is reviewed alongside your RoofCheck photographs and the technician's ground inspection to build a single, evidence-backed diagnosis.
Safety and privacy
Every survey is planned around the property, occupants and neighbours, and imagery is stored against your Rubbiton job record only.
Preliminary assessments are indicative only and must be verified by a Rubbiton technician on site before repair or replacement recommendations are finalised.
