Plan-led estimating
Send your architectural or roof plan and current construction photos. Rubbiton prepares a preliminary IBR package covering sheeting, ridges, flashings, fixings, purlins, gutters and insulation.
Site verification
Before any order is placed, a technician measures the wall plate and roof geometry on site. Final quantities always supersede the preliminary estimate.
Materials and procurement
Materials are ordered against the verified bill of quantities, tracked to delivery, and reconciled at completion so you know exactly what went onto your roof.
Installation and QA
A scheduled crew installs to the agreed programme, with a quality-assurance walkthrough, photographic record and warranty at handover.
Preliminary assessments are indicative only and must be verified by a Rubbiton technician on site before repair or replacement recommendations are finalised.
